At Kicks Count, we understand how important it is to have something meaningful to focus on after loss.

Some people choose to set up a charity, but sadly I see so many close after a few years for many reasons. One of those is the overwhelming administrative burden of running a charity that can detract from the core focus (as someone who runs a small charity I have experienced this myself). I am already doing that admin, but sadly that doesn't leave me enough time for fundraising. So I thought working together could be a great solution! 

That’s why we’ve made it simple for you to create your own personalised appeal, a space where your baby’s memory can help save others. If you are thinking you want to set up a charity this can be a great way to dip your toe in without the commitment. If you have a charity name in mind you can name your page that (I am happy to help you secure the trademark for your peace of mind that you will be able to use that name...I have no intention of holding anyone back from starting their own charity, I fully support it!)

You can also decide how we use the money you raise, so if you want to raise awareness in your area we can provide leaflets, banners etc with your baby's name/page name, or there might be a particular project we have that you would like to fundraise for. I love working with other baby loss charities as we are all working to the same end goal. But it strikes me that we could have an even greater impact together.
