Resource Distribution Volunteer Role Description Time Commitment: Around 2 hours per week (flexible)Location: Home-based (resources sent by post)Expenses: All reasonable expenses reimbursed About Kicks Count Kicks Count is a UK charity dedicated to raising awareness of baby movements in pregnancy to help reduce stillbirth and neonatal deaths. We provide free resources to midwives, maternity units, and expectant parents across the country, helping to spread life-saving information. Role Purpose As a Resource Distribution Volunteer, you will help ensure our wristbands, posters, and leaflets reach the people who need them most. By supporting our distribution network, you will play a vital role in raising awareness and saving babies’ lives. What You’ll Do Post out Kicks Count resources (such as leaflets, posters, and wristbands) to maternity professionals, hospitals, and community groups. Keep a simple record of what has been sent. Communicate with Kicks Count staff or coordinators to ensure resources go where they are needed. Follow up with recipients where needed (e.g., checking deliveries, requesting photos for social media). What We’re Looking For Reliable and organised, with good attention to detail. Able to give approximately 2 hours per week Comfortable with basic admin tasks (writing addresses, keeping simple records). Passionate about supporting parents and saving babies’ lives.
