Christmas Steps

Every day, 12 babies in the UK are stillborn or die shortly after birth. Many of these tragedies happen suddenly, and many parents say they simply didn’t know that a change in movements could be a warning sign. Kicks Count works to change that by providing wristbands, leaflets, posters, training and life-saving awareness campaigns that empower parents to recognise when something isn’t right and seek help immediately.

We are asking people to walk 12k steps for 12 days so that more parents get the information they need, and more babies come home safely.

Together, we can help make sure more families have the chance to experience the joy that Christmas is supposed to bring.
